Why this Survey Matters

One of the primary goals of Boise State’s strategic plan, Blueprint for Success, is to foster a thriving community. To build upon this goal, Boise State Human Resources and Workforce Strategy (HR) launched an Employee Experience Survey to engage with campus employees and gather valuable feedback.

National and global trends show concerning declines in employee engagement and wellbeing. Boise State wants to understand how its own employees are doing.
