  • Meet with University leaders to review divisional results.
  • Partner with Vice Presidents, Deans and Divisional leaders, and HR team to create an action plan to address any concerns in their specific area.
  • Conduct biennial surveys.
  • Track progress as part of fostering a thriving community that will support the five strategic plan goals in the University’s strategic plan Blueprint for Success.
  • Provide ongoing resources through Learning and Development, Employee Relations and Supervisor Resources.
