- I feel my immediate supervisor is fully aware of my skills and abilities associated with my roles and responsibilities (82%).
- I have a clear understanding of the vision and mission of my team/department (81%).
- Generally, my team/department head is responsive to the needs of faculty and/or staff (80%).
Areas of Improvement:
These areas of improvement were the lowest areas of satisfaction, receiving a 60% or below rating from employees.
- When the university makes changes, the reasoning is clearly communicated (45%)
- I am given the opportunity to provide feedback to University leaders (47%).
- The University prioritizes employee well-being in a way that is meaningful to me (53%).
- The organization creates an environment for free and open participation in workplace discussions, including voicing differences of opinion (56%).
