Early Arrival — Groups
Early arrival is available for members of the following groups:
- Athletics
- International Students
Contact your coach/administrator to ensure you are on the list to arrive early. There will be a $25 per day charge added to your student account from the day you move in until Move-in Day.

Please contact us at housing@boisestate.edu or 208-447-1001 if you have a business need for a group of students to move into their on-campus housing assignment before Thursday, August 15, 2024.
Early Arrival — Individual
If you are not an approved participant in one of the above groups but have a compelling reason or business need to arrive early, here are your next steps:
Business need
- Submit early arrival request (Located on Housing Portal)
- Provide the name and contact of your on-campus supervisor or advisor
- We will contact your supervisor or advisor to verify your need
Other compelling reason
- Submit early arrival request (Located on Housing Portal)
- In the request, provide a detailed description of your legitimate need to arrive early and include documentation demonstrating the need
