Dietitian Services

Emily Clay is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) at the Health Services, while also collaborating on nutrition programming for Wellness Services.

Emily’s Nutrition Philosophy

Food should not cause anxiety, fear, or distress, in fact, it should be joyful.   My goal is to provide a balanced approach and provide gentle nutrition interventions to help nourish ourselves well and to love and accept the bodies we live in, even if we want them to change.
