Do you have a kid who will go to a camp this summer? Are they starting a sport in the fall? Some camps or sports programs require that the child see a health care provider for a physical exam before they go.
Health Services provides camp and sports physicals for children of all ages. Children of Boise State University students, faculty and staff are welcome to receive care at Health Services, including physicals.
Simply call 208-426-1459 to schedule a physical. Wait times for our nurse practitioners and physicians are very short from May-September, so getting a physical is quick and easy. Bring any necessary paperwork/forms from the camp or sports program, any vaccine records, and of course, your kid!
