Joie Burns, associate professor for the School of Allied Health Sciences Department of Radiology and director of the Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program, was featured on the Sonography Program Spotlight section of the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers website, along with the Boise State diagnostic medical sonography program.
The American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers is one of two national certification agencies in the United States. Â The agency administers credentials to more than 90,000 medical professionals in 75 countries and is recognized as the international standard in sonography credentialing.
