Joie Burns, Radiologic Sciences, presented a 90-minute webinar on “Sonographic Transducers and Resolution,” for the Society of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (SDMS) on Feb. 1. The webinar is a supplement to the National Certification Review on Sonography Principles and Instrumentation published by the SDMS in 2009. The SDMS is a professional membership organization founded in 1970 to promote, advance and educate its members and the medical community in the science of diagnostic medical sonography. The society enjoys an international membership of over 23,000.
