The mission of the Society of Nursing, Sigma Theta Tau International is to advance world health and celebrate nursing excellence in scholarship, leadership, and service.
As part of this mission, the society is accepting applications for research projects that focus on the global response to health disparities. Grants of up to $12,000 over twelve month will be awarded through the STTI Research Program. Funds do not cover expenses incurred prior to the funding date of November 1, 2016.
To be eligible, the principal investigator(s) should be registered nurses (or country equivalent) with current license and have at least a master’s in nursing (or country equivalent). Preference will be given to STTI members, other qualifications being equal.
