Doctoral Student Research Grants
The Boise State University Institute for the Study of Behavioral Health and Addiction is accepting applications for doctoral student research grants. Research grants up to $500 are available to support doctoral students conducting behavioral health or addictions-related research. Grants of up to $200 may also be available to support doctoral student travel to present behavioral health or addictions-related research at state, regional, and national conferences. Salary support is not available through this award mechanism.
To apply, please submit the following to the Institute Leadership Team at dianadoumas@boisestate.edu:
- Cover letter describing research project (significance, methods, analyses proposed, and project timeline)
- Detailed budget describing how money requested will be used
- Proposal submission (if applying for travel money)

Applications for research grants will be accepted from September 1 – April 1.
