NBCC Approved Continuing Education Provider (ACEP)

Boise State University’s Counselor Education Department has been approved by NBCC as an Approved Continuing Education Provider, ACEP No. 4502. Programs that do not qualify for NBCC credit are clearly identified. Boise State University’s Counselor Education Department is solely responsible for all aspects of the program.

ACEP Program Fees Policy

Program fees will be posted as part of the program advertisement and are due within 7 business days following confirmation of enrollment.  Failure to make payment within this time-frame will result in cancellation of registration, and the potential participant will be notified of this status.

ACEP Refunds and Cancellation Policy

Refunds will be issued if cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the program.

ACEP Program Complaints Policy

If a participant or potential participant would like to express a concern about his/her experience with Boise State University Counselor Education Department, ACEP No. 4502, he/she may email Dr. Diana Doumas at dianadoumas@boisestate.edu. Although we do not guarantee a particular outcome, the individual can expect us to consider the complaint, make any necessary decision, and respond within 30 days.
