
We are excited to announce Counselor Wellness Spirit Week, happening from April 21 – April 25! This special week is dedicated to prioritizing self-care and well-being, reminding us that taking care of ourselves allows us to better support others.
Each day will feature a unique theme designed to promote mindfulness, gratitude, movement, and reflection. Here’s a sneak peek at what’s coming:
✨ Monday – Mindful Meditation: Start the week with relaxation and focus.
✨ Tuesday – Gratitude Journaling: Cultivate appreciation and positivity.
✨ Wednesday – Walk & Talk: Engage in movement and connection.
✨ Thursday – Self-Care Bingo: Have fun incorporating self-care throughout your day.
✨ Friday – Reflection & Goal-Setting: Take time to reflect and set wellness goals.
Also, download your self-care bingo sheet that you can start working on right away! Completing this will get you entered into our raffle. There are some awesome self-care-related prizes we are offering, so get a bingo and bring your card to the End-of-Year Celebration (either filled out digitally or physically, should you choose to print it).
