GA Processing Dates and Deadlines

| Friday, May 3, 2024 | Graduate College will send out an email asking for your submission(s) of the GA Tuition and Fee Payment Requests for Fall 2023. |
| Thursday, June 6, 2024 | Deadline to submit Tuition and Fee Payments. Return by this “best practice” date to ensure that tuition and fees are posted prior to financial aid disbursement and prior to the fee payment deadline. Submission by this date also ensures insurance coverage for GAs working during the summer and correct posting of the GA health insurance premium. |
| Thursday, July 11, 2024 | Final Deadline to submit Tuition and Fee Payments to the Graduate College for processing prior to the Fee Payment Deadline. |
| Saturday, August 17, 2024 | Fee Payment Deadline. |
| Monday, August 19, 2024 | First Day of Class. |
| Friday, August 10, 2024 | Tenth day. Any revisions to funding for Tuition and Fee Payments must be submitted by this date through a revised Graduate Assistant Tuition and Fee Payment Request. Any changes to the tuition funding source after this date will require correction via the correcting entry process. |
| Friday, October 4, 2024 | Tuition and Fee Payments submitted on time will be charged to the departments by this date. Posting of tuition and fees is processed as an internal payment. |
Spring 2025

| Friday, December 20, 2024 | Deadline to submit Tuition and Fee Payments. Return by this “best practice” date to ensure that tuition and fees are posted prior to financial aid disbursement and prior to the fee payment deadline. Submission by this date also ensures continued health insurance, proper posting of insurance, and posting for financial aid and fee payment deadline. |
| Saturday, January 11, 2025 | Fee Payment Deadline. Departments paying additional fees for the GA (i.e. lab fees, internet fees), please submit the Graduate Assistant Tuition and Fee Payment Request form by this date. |
| Monday, January 13, 2025 | First Day of Class. |
| Friday, January 25, 2025 | Tenth day. Any revisions to funding for Tuition and Fee Payments must be submitted by this date through a revised Graduate Assistant Tuition and Fee Payment Request.
