A representative from the Graduate College will be providing a list of all students (Name and ID Number) and their current, respective advisor (Name and ID Number). Please reply to that email by attaching an updated spreadsheet (Excel or CSV files only) to reflect the new advisor name(s) and ID(s).

We ask that new Program Support Staff that require access to Slate have a meeting with a Graduate College staff member. Please use the following fields to indicate which days (at least two) and time(s) work best. A staff member from the Graduate College will schedule a virtual meeting.

Program Coordinators are usually faculty members who have been selected by their respective program(s) to coordinate admissions. While there are some exceptions, staff are generally not considered program coordinators, but support staff.
