F-1 Admissions (with agent)

Are you an international student who is working with an agent and is an F-1 Student Visa holder or transfer student?
Use this application if you are working with an agent. If you would like to study as a full-time student in the Intensive English Program, you will need a student visa. After you submit your application form, documents, and payment, your application will be reviewed. Once you are accepted, the IEP will send your I-20 and other essential program information.
To apply online:
Collect the following documents:

- Official Financial Support Statement from your bank, sponsor, or guardian certifying that you have sufficient funds available for your studies at Boise State University
- Passport Copy of the identity page of your passport, showing your photo and full name
- English proficiency written task: please download the instructions: English Proficiency Assessment Word Doc download or English Proficiency Assessment PDF (will open new tab) and complete the assessment. Upload with passport and financial documents

Complete the Application Form (International Students working with an agent).
– Please note you will be required to upload a copy of your passport, your financial document, and written English proficiency task. Please have these documents ready to submit before you start to complete the online application.
Pay the $100 Non-Refundable Application Fee.
We need to receive your application materials in time to issue you an I-20 visa form.
Remember: It can take several weeks to receive your student visa!
