Application Submissions and Requirements

Upload a cover letter
Upload a project statement (max. 2 page description of the project). The project statement is a two-page describing the project that you would like to accomplish. Please be specific by explaining how you expect/hope to benefit professionally from your participation in this Program. Provide detailed information about your plans for curriculum development; how it is appropriate to your teaching area; what do you expect for the final product. Finally, explain why traveling to Mozambique is necessary to complete your project. Please provide detailed information on how you plan to disseminate your experience and the final product at the university/school, district, and community levels.

Request two (2) letters of recommendation (one from your school principal, department chair, or College Dean, and one from a colleague who is familiar with your work/research.) The letters should come directly from the person providing the reference.
A copy of the information sheet (photo page) of your passport with six (6) months validity. (Application will be considered incomplete without this document.)

Fill out the Assumption of Risk form
