The Gender Equity Center is committed to serving the Boise State University campus community. We provide no-cost, confidential support services to Boise State students, faculty and staff. We are dedicated to providing compassionate, trauma-informed and survivor-centered care.
Our Licensed Master Social Workers can support campus members impacted by a number of different issues, including but not limited to:
- Sexual assault, including unwanted sexual contact
- Domestic violence, including roommate violence, family abuse, childhood sexual abuse and witnessing abuse
- Dating violence, including reproductive coercion
- Stalking and unwanted sharing of personal images
- LGBTQIA+ identity, including coming out, transitioning and finding community
- Academic concerns, including difficult interactions with faculty or peers
- Identity-based harassment and discrimination
