| May 1, 2025 | Recommended deadline to finalize summer schedule for first disbursement date (see all session disbursement dates below). |
| May 2, 2025 | Earliest disbursement for students who are enrolled in the 1st 3-week, 1st 7-week or 14-week sessions. |
| End of May | Disbursements for students who have a SAP warning or plan and attended Spring 2025, after grades are official and Summer financial aid is evaluated for eligibility. |
| May 23, 2025 | Earliest disbursement for students whose first/earliest summer enrollment is the 1st 5-week or 10-week sessions. |
| June 7, 2025 | Last day for students to work using 2024-2025 work-study awards. New work-study hiring paperwork is needed for continuing work-study employees with a new 2025-2026 award before you continue working on or after July 1. |
| June 9, 2025 11:59 p.m | Summer Census Date: All credits are locked in by this deadline to be considered for summer Pell Grant and Direct Loans (federal student aid). |
| June 15, 2025 | Deadline to submit a Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) appeal for Summer 2025 financial aid eligibility. |
| June 20, 2025 | Earliest disbursement for students whose first/earliest summer enrollment is the 2nd 7-week session. |
| June 27, 2025 | Earliest disbursement for students whose first/earliest summer enrollment is the 2nd 5-week session. |
| July 18, 2025 | Earliest disbursement for students whose first/earliest summer enrollment is the 2nd 3-week session. |
