Scholarship Renewal Criteria

To renew your resident or nonresident scholarship, you must complete at least 24 credits combined across fall and spring semesters and maintain a 3.0 cumulative GPA by the end of the academic year. The Ridgeline and True Blue Promise scholarships require a 2.5 cumulative GPA for renewal.

Organizations and Employers

Ask about scholarship opportunities any place where you have a connection:

  • Your employer or your parents’ employer(s): Companies or organizations where you or your parents work may offer scholarships to employees or their dependents.
  • Clubs, societies, fraternities or sororities: Some groups may provide scholarships to members, their families, or students in the community.
  • Your place of worship: Religious institutions may fund education for congregants or local youth.
  • Places of business, large or small: Corporations, local shops or franchises may offer scholarships to employees, customers or students in their communities.
