The Gene Harris Jazz Festival 2024 Showcase Concert

The 2024 Gene Harris Jazz Festival Showcase Concert will begin at 7:00 p.m. with the top-performing ensembles of the day. At 8:00 p.m., the Boise State Jazz Orchestra will present an exciting program of cutting-edge original music and arrangements. The Gene Harris Super Band, led by Dr. Derek Ganong, will finish the evening as the headline performance. Crewed by our Jazz Festival guest artists, Boise State University faculty, and local professionals, the program will include contemporary big band classics along with original compositions and arrangements.
