Boise State continues its run of award wins in 2022 with Rocket League. Rocket League is one of the longest lasting games in the Boise State Esports lineup. It is consistently a crowd favorite which draws the biggest cheers and audiences to the Bronco Esports arena. As a result, the players on the Bronco Rocket League team have become some of the most well known in the program. In fact, some past Rocket League players have made our hall of fame, such as LC Corro and Cosmobuster. One of the new names that has become well known is Gabriel “Gil” Reynolds. He is a fairly new addition to the team but an extremely talented one.
Gil was recognized by the National Association of Collegiate Esports by winning their 2022 All American award. He, like his teammates, never fail to put on an entertaining show with precision aerial acrobatics and outstanding teamwork. In terms of academics, Reynolds is a sophomore studying Computer Science and is set to graduate in Spring 2025. Overall, Gil has many years left in his higher education journey, Boise State wishes him the best in his future time with our team!
