With the return of Challenger support Dean Wood and many of the strongest players from the 2019 MWC runner-up, the Broncos are expected to not only compete for the top spot in the conference but win it outright. The team returns midlaner Brandon “Red Hots” Konsiansic, ADC Rob “Llynx” Faircy (now known as CantGetDopamine, alluding to his stoic demeanor).
Cole “Coßalt” Pinon is the newcomer jungler making a big splash along with long-time backup Daniel “Wujin” Wu splitting time with experienced Senior Alex “NotKoba” Moore in the toplane. ADC’s Branson “Gïmmick” Hedges and Xiaoyan (aka Cash) “Madara” Qian are also vying for time in the 4th chair. This will mark the first time the Broncos will field a team D2 and above for intercollegiate competition.
The roster is deep with newcomers Joe Gibson, Jacob Olvera, Chris Baumann, Anthony Pelker, Zachery Heaverlo, Nathan Van Hulzen, and others breaking into the League of Legends scene at Boise State.
“Barry” Yu and Lam Nguyen return as well as crowd favorites.
Jason Stanhope joins as both player and analyst in 2019-2020.
