  • Erik Olson

    Policy Analyst, Idaho Governor’s Office of Energy and Mineral Resources

    Erik Olson is a Policy Analyst at the Idaho Governor’s Office of Energy and Mineral Resources.  Erik previously worked as a Legislative Analyst for the State of Washington Department of Licensing. Erik earned a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Idaho State University. Erik also earned a Master of Public Administration and a Certificate in Nonprofit Administration from Boise State University. Erik is also an avid outdoorsman, and enjoys skiing, riding his many bicycles, wading his favorite trout waters, and enjoying Idaho’s many spectacular mountaintop vistas with his wife and three dogs.

  • Lisa Grow

    Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Idaho Power Company

    Lisa Grow became Idaho Power’s Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer on March 1, 2017. She is the first woman to fill this position in the company’s history. Grow joined Idaho Power in 1987 and held many engineering positions. She was formerly the VP, Engineering & Operations and SVP, Power Supply. Grow is active on many industry groups and in the community. She is on the St. Luke’s Health System Board, the UI Foundation Board and is a past member of UI and Boise State University Engineering Advisory Boards.

  • June Shoemaker

    Deputy State Director Resource Sciences, Bureau of Land Management

    Prior to joining BLM’s Idaho State Office leadership team as the Deputy State Director for Resources and Science, June most recently was the Deputy State Director for Resources and Planning in BLM’s Arizona State Office. She has experience as the Branch Chief for Renewable Resources and Planning in Arizona, was the Border Field Office Manager in the Spokane District and began her career as a budget analyst with the Department’s Budget Formulation Office in Washington, DC. She completed a detail as the Twin Falls District Manager in 2014 as well as several Washington Office details.

    A graduate of Boise State University, June worked for the Idaho Department of Environmental Quality and the Community Planning Association of Southwest Idaho. June is also a U.S. Air Force veteran, having served in Air Force Weather for eight years.

    Program Director, Conservation Voters for Idaho

    Rialin Flores has over seven years of experience in local politics, conservation advocacy, fundraising and nonprofit leadership. As Conservation Voters for Idaho’s Program Director, she oversees their advocacy, civic engagement, and legislative programs to help protect Idaho’s environment and quality of life. Rialin also serves on the Board of the Idaho Botanical Garden and was recently recognized as one of Idaho’s “Accomplished Under” by the Idaho Business Review. She grew up in Payette, Idaho, and received her B.S. in Political Science from Boise State University. In her spare time, Rialin enjoys getting outside with her husband and two dogs.

    Founder Stewards of Sustainability, LLC | Director of Sustainability, Treefort Music Festival

    David became a steward of our environment through his love of music festivals, the outdoors, and traveling. He is driven to educate and activate people to get involved at every level and opportunity for sustainability.

    David believes that the way to have a lasting and far-reaching impact on environmental problems is through behavior change one person, one organization, one festival, at a time. This approach to changing behaviors around sustainability not only has an immediate effect, but also makes a promise the future can keep.

    He recently launched Stewards of Sustainability (SOS) to formalize his consulting efforts and works with Treefort Music Fest, Goathead Fest and many other organizations in their efforts to be sustainable.

    Project Manager, Brown and Caldwell

    Andy Weigel grew up in Twin Falls, Idaho, then attended Boise State University and decided to stick around. Andy has been working in environmental consulting in the Treasure Valley since 2009 with a focus on stormwater quality management and permitting as well as wastewater utility and watershed planning. He splits his work time between leading technical analyses, project management, and business development. Andy currently serves as president of the Idaho Section of the American Water Resources Association, and spends most of his free time playing with his two little boys and finishing a master’s degree in natural resource management.
