The 2019-2020 TRIO Rising Scholars Peer Mentors recently finished a 4 day orientation here on the Boise State campus as well as in McCall, Idaho. Mentors learned about resources available to students, engaged in role-playing activities to gain confidence in engaging with their mentees as well as meeting their new cohort and working together in a group.
The mentors are looking forward to working with students new to the Rising Scholars Program!
