Degree Requirements
Admission Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited U.S. institution or an equivalent international degree
- Minimum 3.0 GPA (4.0 scale) from your most recent bachelor’s degree
- Academic background suitable for graduate study in education and educational technology, determined by the program
How to apply
Submit the following:
- Online graduate application (degree-seeking)
- Official transcripts from all colleges and universities attended
- Essay (1-2 pages) that includes: Your background, goals, reason for applying to the MET, Educational Technology program and why you will succeed in graduate study
- Program development form
Optional certificate: You can add a graduate certificate by (e.g., Games & Simulations, Online Teaching, Instructional Technology Coaching, Technology Integration, Assistive Technology, or Designing Accessible Online Education) by selecting the certificate on your application before starting coursework.
Application Deadlines
August 1 for fall semester.
