The Isotope Geology Laboratory is housed in the Environmental Research Building on the Boise State University campus, with all facilities co-located into a comprehensive analytical center for geochemical and isotopic analysis in the Department of Geosciences at Boise State University.

The IGL includes dedicated laboratories for rock sawing and crushing, magnetic and density separations, optical and electron beam photomicroscopy, as well as cascading positive-pressure, HEPA-filtered clean rooms hosting both chemical separations and mass spectrometry.
