Accommodations are established on a case-by-case basis by meeting with a coordinator in the EAC. To get started, tell us about yourself and your situation by filling out a request for academic accommodations or housing and dining accommodations.
Submit Documentation
Submit documentation from a reliable source. Â Documentation may include educational records, medical records and/or letters, reports or assessments created by health care providers, school psychologists, teachers, or the educational system.
Engage in the Interactive Process
The interactive process is a conversation between the student and their assigned coordinator. The student and coordinator will review documentation, discuss the student’s disability(ies), and determine the needed accommodations. Students can prepare for the interactive process by reviewing the Accommodations Handbook.
