    Kelly Arispe

    Launch Director, School for the Digital Future; Professor of Spanish

    Kelly Arispe is the Launch Director for the School for the Digital Future and a professor of Spanish in the Department of World Languages. A community-engaged scholar, she directs the Pathways Project, an Open Educational Resource (OER) repository with over 900 activities supporting world language teaching in ten languages, widely adopted by K-12 and university educators. Her research focuses on Open Educational Practices (OEP), Virtual Exchange and Technology-Enhanced Language Learning.

    Kelly Arispe is the Launch Director for the School for the Digital Future and a professor of Spanish in the Department of World Languages.     Jon Schneider

    Associate Director, School for the Digital Future; Director, IPS/BAS

    Jon Schneider is the Director of the Bachelor of Applied Science and Interdisciplinary Professional Studies degrees. He has over a decade of teaching and program and curriculum development experience in higher education and is committed to enhancing career-relevant, supportive and life-enriching interdisciplinary degree options at Boise State. Jon received his BA from Florida State University and his Master of Fine Arts from the University of Virginia.

    Jon Schneider is the Director of the Bachelor of Applied Science and Interdisciplinary Professional Studies degrees.     Alexis Kenyon

    Associate Director, IPS/BAS

    Alexis Kenyon is Associate Director of the Bachelor of Applied Science and Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Professional Studies. She has an extensive background in student support and experience in a variety of higher education positions, including college admissions, academic advising, teaching and curriculum development. She is passionate about and committed to helping students persist to graduation. Alexis received her BA from the College of Idaho and her Master of Health Science from Boise State University.

    Alexis Kenyon is Associate Director of the Bachelor of Applied Science and Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Professional Studies. She has an extensive background in student support and experience in a variety of higher education positions, including college admissions, academic advising, teaching and curriculum development.     Nicole Molumby

    Director, Masters in IDS

    Nicole Molumby is the graduate program director for Interdisciplinary Studies and a professor of music (flute) at Boise State University. An accomplished performer, she has showcased her artistry internationally and earned recognition for her contributions to flute music. As an NSF Transform Ambassador, Nicole works with Boise State’s “Think Big!” program to equip researchers with human-centered problem-solving skills. She also holds leadership roles in the National Flute Association and the College Music Society, focusing on innovative music education and cross-disciplinary collaboration.

    Nicole Molumby is the graduate program director for Interdisciplinary Studies and a professor of music (flute) at Boise State University.     Michelle Bennett

    Clinical Associate Professor, School for the Digital Future

    Michelle Bennett serves as faculty as well as an organizational ombudsperson at Boise State University. Bennett has 16 years of experience as a communication faculty and six years as a department chair. Her academic and professional training and teaching experiences are in conflict management, interpersonal communication, listening, emotional intelligence, interviewing, research methods and public speaking. Prior to higher education, Bennett spent 20 years in professional communication and leadership roles in a variety of industries. She also volunteers as an interviewing and public speaking coach to youth. Bennett’s Master of Arts in Communication was earned at Boise State University and her Ph.D. at the University of Idaho in Educational Leadership.

    Director, UXD Certificate; Director of Programs, College of Innovation + Design

    Lana Grover is the director of programming in the College of Innovation + Design, where she also serves as the director of the User Experience Design (UXD) program and design lead for CI+D’s Space. Her expertise in visual and user-centered design, coupled with her innovative approach to educational programming, led to her being the first individual in Idaho higher education to be selected as an Apple Distinguished Educator.

    Lana Grover is the director of programming in the College of Innovation + Design, where she also serves as the director of the User Experience Design (UXD) program and design lead for CI+D’s Space. Following a distinguished career at the College of Western Idaho, he now teaches at Boise State University’s School for the Digital Future, leading the Interdisciplinary Studies (3-D) program. His passion lies in empowering students to explore the connections between disciplines and create their own unique academic paths.

    Reggie Jayne is a seasoned interdisciplinary educator with a varied academic background spanning history, the liberal arts and the humanities.     Baker Lawley

    Clinical Associate Professor of Experiential Learning Opportunities

    Baker Lawley is a clinical associate professor of experiential learning opportunities in IPS/BAS, where he leads the Credit for Prior Learning program, coordinates the internship program and develops Work-Integrated Learning opportunities, while also teaching IPS/BAS core courses. His work focuses on experiential learning opportunities, helping students integrate learning done outside of a traditional classroom into their degree. He earned his B.A. from Millsaps College and his M.F.A. from the University of Alabama.

    Jennie Myers is an assistant clinical professor and program director at the School for the Digital Future. With a background in computer design and a Master of Business Administration, she co-directs the Certificate of Innovation and Design and the Certificate of Content Production programs. Jennie’s teaching and program development emphasize human-centered problem-solving, critical thinking and the integration of emerging technologies like artificial intelligence. Beyond the classroom, Jennie is the co-founder of a creative consultancy, Against.

    Margaret Sass is Lecturer in the Department of Interdisciplinary Professional Studies and Bachelor of Applied Science Programs and Faculty Associate for Service-Learning. She has worked in marketing, public relations and nonprofit management before she decided to focus on higher education and teaching. Margaret received her BA and MA from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, her JD from Western State University College of Law and her EdS and EdD from Boise State University.

He also serves on the board of Game Changers, a Boise-based nonprofit that provides sports programs for children with special needs across the region.

Outside the university, he is a partner at Against, a creative consultancy that helps companies navigate the intersections of marketing, technology, and design.     Mark Woychick is a clinical assistant professor with the College of Innovation + Design at Boise State University, where he founded and directs the Onramp, Google Career Certificates, and Making Big Ideas Happen programs. He has decades of experience building innovative programs for organizations of all sizes – from small businesses to Fortune 50 corporations. Mark is a certified Futures Thinker, Think Wrong Instigator, and a Certified Professional Facilitator through the International Association of Facilitators.
