Boise State University’s Campus Food Pantry is looking for donations this year! By donating, you are helping the Campus Food Pantry offer nourishing and cost-effective meal and snack options for Boise State students in need of food assistance.

In a fall 2018 survey completed by 820 Boise State students, 36 percent reported being food insecure. In the past year, the number of students utilizing the food pantry has drastically increased. During the fall semester of 2018, only 194 students utilized the Food Pantry. By contrast, during fall semester 2019, the Food Pantry has served over 600 students, with a monthly average of 119 students.

In efforts to keep up with the demand of students needs, the pantry has relocated to a larger space. The former art gallery, located in the Campus School Building, has allowed the pantry to stock more items, and serve students while maintaining appropriate physical distancing.

Finding their next meal should never be a worry of Broncos. By donating, you are helping keep Broncos full and focused on their future.

Simplot has generously pledged to match donations up to $5,000.
