Join us to learn how Boise State students in Service-Learning and Vertically Integrated Projects are making an impact tackling complex challenges in the community and beyond at the 2024 SL/VIP Fall Expo on Wednesday, December 4, 2024 from 4:00pm – 6:00pm. This event is a collaboration between the Service-Learning (SL) Program and the Institute for Inclusive and Transformative Scholarship (IFITS) and will take place in the Simplot Ballroom (in the Student Union Building).
Service-Learning projects display the learning and reflections of students who have engaged in hands-on, real world service experiences in the community. The application of student coursework to community issues is displayed through a research or reflective poster, video, or art. Learn more about Service-Learning.
Vertically Integrated Projects (VIPs) teams exhibit the ongoing research of VIPs, which are faculty-led, long-term, often multi-disciplinary research projects addressing diverse challenges. Exhibits range from posters and artifacts to live demos, art, videos, or other displays that reflect the research of the VIP team. Learn more about Vertically Integrated Projects.
