Teaching Students Teamwork Skills

  • Do you utilize teamwork in your courses and have noticed that not all teams have positive teaming experiences?
  • Have you ever wondered what you can do to help students improve their teaming experiences?

If you answered “yes” to both of these questions, we invite you to learn about a new Teamwork Training Protocol that instructors can readily implement in courses where students work together for at least 6 weeks of the semester. This protocol provides instructors with:

  • tools for creating and managing meaningful teamwork experiences;
  • improved students’ satisfaction with teamwork;
  • better teamwork-related learning outcomes.

We are looking for instructors who would like to implement this new training protocol in a Spring 2023 course.

Instructors may also participate as co-researchers in assessing the effectiveness of the training protocol.

To learn more, please register to attend our information session on Wednesday, December 7, 2022 at 4:00 PM. Seats are limited, so be sure to register for Teaching Students Teamwork Skills(Google Forms).
