Faculty Share Their Service-Learning Research in Lightning Talks

Would you like to learn how faculty at Boise State integrate Service-Learning into their research? Then check out the Service-Learning Lightning Talks, hosted by CRCA, on Friday, April 14th at 1 PM MST. Faculty This lightning talk will focus on how faculty who teach with service-learning make it part of their research, whether it’s students conducting research or the service-learning itself is part of their research. There are endless ways to make service-learning part of your research and build collaborations.  

Faculty Research Lightning Talks is an online event where researchers and faculty speak on interdisciplinary opportunities and how they overlap and work within the research community. Each presenter speaks on their topic for 5 minutes, introducing their ideas but leaving us wanting more. With quick talks, varying perspectives, and discussions on how these ideas are important to learning and research, you’ll walk away with some unique knowledge and some new topics to delve into.
