History
The Center for Physical Activity and Sport (CPAS) was founded in 2000 by emeritus faculty Dr. Linda Petlichkoff with the goal of promoting the physical, psychological, and social benefits of physical activity and sport across the lifespan. Current Co-Directors, Drs. Laura Petranek and Eric Martin have committed to further growing the center’s scholarly research and community engagement. CPAS is located within the Department of Kinesiology, the School of Allied Health Sciences, and the College of Health Sciences.
