Emily Blackburn, a Mountain View High School French teacher and Concurrent Enrollment (CE) instructor, has been named the 2025 Idaho Language Teacher of the Year by the Idaho Association of Teachers of Language and Culture (IATLC). The award recognized Blackburn’s exceptional contributions to language teaching and learning in Idaho.
