Biography
My research interests are in scientific Software development, computational, climate, and mathematical modeling of real-life problems i.e. natural hazards: Cyclones, Tornadoes, floods, etc. Currently, I am working on Riemann Solver of Wet and Dry States in Geoclaw (a parallel, adaptive library for finite volume methods on Cartesian grids) with Prof. Donna Calhoun. Am also working with Prof. Michal Kopera, Prof. Donna Calhoun, and Yao Gahounzo in a Shallow Water Equations group (SWIM), and in this group we are using Shallow water equations to solve various real life problems. Soon I will start working on my Ph.D. project in Atmospheric Sensing funded by NASA with Prof. Donna Calhoun.
