Biography
My research addresses questions about the relationships between vegetation structure, its spatial distribution and snow depth using Remote Sensing and in situ observations. I work with satellite observations, airborne and terrestrial laser scanning. I use TLS point cloud and Airborne Snow Observatory (ASO) SnowEx full-waveform data to better understand the interaction between forest canopies and snow depth at a range of scales from individual trees to the patches of trees.
