Note: The DIY Career Preparation materials were developed by Karen Carleton, M.Ed., and Jacquie Daniel as part of an instructional design course in the Boise State Instructional and Performance Technology program in fall 2007. The resume samples were developed by Karen Carleton, with support from Leandra Aburusa. Some of the resumes and formats were inspired by samples in the magazine Job Choices for Science, Engineering and Technology Students, published by the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE). The NACE Web site is another useful resource for students.
