Please join us for a Geothermal and HVAC technical tour of the new Boise State Center for Visual Arts and the Micron Business and Economics Building. We will have BSU’s facility engineers, mechanical design engineers, and representatives from the City of Boise Public Works department joining us to answer your questions while seeing the geothermal systems at work. Learn how geothermal energy is being used to heat buildings on campus. Learn what a chilled beam cooling system is and why it is so efficient. Network with local engineering professionals. Pizza and networking will follow the tour.

When: The tour with start around 4:30 PM; Pizza & Social Hour will begin after the tour has concluded.
Where: The tour will begin in the lobby of the Center for Visual Arts building. Pizza &Social hour will be at Papa Joes
Parking: Parking is available in the Brady Street Garage (2250 W University Dr) at a cost of $3.00 / hour. There is additional parking available across the river in Julia Davis Park. The Boise State shuttle system also provides regular service between downtown and BSU.
