The Excellence in Undergraduate Research and Creative Activity (EURECA) is a newly instituted graduation cord that seeks to recognize Boise State students who have demonstrated commitment to development as a researcher or in creative work while pursuing their undergraduate degree.
Students completing requirements for EURECAÂ will be recognized at an end of semester recognition ceremony and will receive a certificate and an honor cord from the Institute for Inclusive and Transformative Scholarship (IFITS) to wear at commencement.
This recognition is meant to be bestowed upon graduating students. The cording ceremonies will take place during the VIP Showcase in Fall, and the Undergraduate Research Showcase in the Spring.
This recognition will be replacing COEN’s Undergraduate Research Scholar Designation (URSD) moving forward.
