In February, Dr. Sole Pera was awarded the 2017 Golden Apple Award for the Graduate College. Sponsored by the Associated Students of Boise State University.
The Golden Apple is a way for students to thank teachers who encouraged them and instilled a passion for learning. With more than 300 nominations from students, a total of 24 Boise State professors were honored with Golden Apple Awards however Dr. Pera is only one of nine professors to receive the prestigious honor of receiving an award for their college.
