In Civil Engineering we believe in advancement through students. All donated funds are utilized to support student programming such as the ASCE (concrete canoe and sustainable solutions) and AISC (steel bridge) student groups and outside of the classroom experiences for students to engage with the material they are learning inside the classroom.
You also have the opportunity to help fund scholarships on an individual level or contribute to scholarship funds through the Boise State Foundation where the interest gained allows us to provide scholarships to civil students each year through the Boise State Foundation.
This spring we are supporting the the Civil Engineering Student Clubs in their goal to send 30 people to the spring symposium/competition. Would you like to become a corporate sponsor?

The student chapter of the American Society of Civil Engineers at Boise State University is in the midst of their annual fundraising drive. Funds are being raised for a number of exciting events including outreach activities to promote the civil engineering profession and the annual ASCE Regional Student Intermountain Southwest Student Conference.
This year we will be traveling to the University of Nevada Las Vegas to compete in four nationally recognized competitions (ASCE concrete canoe, AISC steel bridge, ASCE sustainable solutions, and the Daniel W. Mead professional paper) as well as a number of smaller competitions. The Treasure Valley civil engineering community has always been supportive of our efforts and we hope this trend will continue.
By contributing to our annual fundraising drive, you will be supporting Boise State’s American Society of Civil Engineers Student Chapter and providing the next generation of civil engineers the opportunity to gain realworld experience and help serve their community. We ask that you consider a monetary (or in-kind) contribution to our organization. Your contribution is tax deductible and an official receipt will be provided. You will find the details of sponsorship levels and the promotional benefits we will provide to your company.
If you are interested in becoming one of our sponsors for this year’s event or have any questions, please contact our chapter president, Eli Loudenback (EliLoudenback@u.boisestate.edu, 360-300-6834), our faculty advisor Dr. Nick Hudyma (NickHudyma@boisestate.edu, 904-233-2831) or our staff advisor, Brice McLaughlin (BricelandMcLaugh@boisestate.edu, 978-807-4994). We hope that we can count on you to support our cause.
Thank you very much for your consideration!
Yours Sincerely,
Eli Loudenback
