  • Registration start times will display in the member’s local time zone. For example, if you are in the Eastern time zone, the Morning Session will start at 1 PM ET, and the Afternoon Session at 4 PM ET.

  • This step is required alongside registration to ensure accurate morning working group assignments.

3. Registration & Coordination

  • Priority Registration Closes March 4 – After this date, registration details will be sent to students leading sessions so they can connect with attendees and set expectations.
  • Late Registration – Registrants after March 4 may not be placed in their preferred morning working groups, as we aim to balance session sizes.
