About Kati Wada

BIO

Dr. Wada earned her B.S. in Physics from Boise State University and is currently a Ph.D. candidate in Material Science and Engineering. She is a recipient of the Department of Energy (DOE) Office of Nuclear Energy’s Integrated University Program (NEUP) graduate research fellowship. She was also a DOE-OTT EnergyTech University 2022-2023 national nuclear bonus prize winner. Her research focus is in the area of sensors and measurement techniques for temperature and thermal conductivity determination in extreme environments.
