Graduate students Akash Tomar and Miguel Mancias, along with Dr. Karthik Srinivasan participated in the 35th Annual Symposium of the Pacific Northwest American Vacuum Society (PNWAVS) Chapter and the 2024 Surface Analysis Conference held at the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) in Richland, WA.
Akash Tomar presented his latest work “Demonstration of Reliable Electron Beam Lithography in a Scanning Electron Microscope”, showing the successful fabrication of photonic devices with resolution down to 150 nm using an SEM.
