I am incredibly excited and honored to have been named the COBE Outstanding Graduate in Marketing. My time at Boise State has been a transformative journey, fostering growth in numerous aspects of my life. I am profoundly grateful to all my exceptional professors and mentors whose unwavering support and invaluable knowledge have played a pivotal role in shaping the person I am today. As I embark on my next chapter at the University of Colorado to pursue my master’s in analytics, I eagerly anticipate the opportunities that await me and am dedicated to making the most of them. I am honored and grateful to be selected as the Outstanding Graduate for the Department of Finance at COBE. I have learned and grown so much in my time at Boise State and I’m excited to begin the next chapter of learning and growing in my career. Upon graduating, I look forward to becoming a financial advisor and helping others grow and be successful. I am so grateful for my experience at COBE and the valuable connections and opportunities I’ve had as a student. I am a food scientist turned technical writer. I earned a Bachelor of Science from Washington State University and currently lead a team of proposal and content writers at POWER Engineers, an Idaho-based engineering firm. My team creates sales proposals and marketing materials for electric utility clients. My MBA from Boise State will provide a holistic view of management and business. It supplements my technical background with sound business acumen, strategic thinking skills and critical analysis. This degree provides a focused view of the business world and will improve my leadership skills and therefore drive success within POWER Engineers.

I am deeply honored to be recognized as an Outstanding Graduate of the supply chain management department. I am grateful to my professors for always encouraging me to succeed and giving me the tools to do so. The past four years in the College of Business and Economics have been nothing short of valuable and my time in Boise has been an incredible journey that has added to my academic experience and connections with others. It is an honor to be named the COBE Outstanding Graduate for International Business. I am graduating with a bachelor’s degree in international business and a minor in marketing. COBE professors have been a huge support throughout my undergraduate education. I did not originally plan on attending Boise State University; however, it has been an amazing experience and I can’t imagine where I would be without it. Moving forward I plan to implement the skills and teachings of all my professors in my next venture. Thank you to all my family, friends, professors and counselors who have helped me through it all.

I am honored to be recognized as an Outstanding Graduate. I am a first-generation college student majoring in Business Administration and Human Resource Management. My time as a COBE student has had many highlights including serving as president of Beta Gamma Sigma, participating in the LeaderShape Institute Conference and working as a TA for Compensation and Benefits. I am deeply appreciative of the support from my professors, tutors, family and friends who have helped me succeed during my time at Boise State. I am most thankful for all of God’s blessings throughout college and I am thrilled to begin a new chapter as an HR Specialist.

I am honoured to be named the COBE Outstanding Graduate for the MBA program. I came to Boise after studying for my undergraduate degree in Economics in the United Kingdom. I chose the Career Track-MBA program as it offered the opportunity to study a range of topics and gain real-world experience, helping me to understand better what my future career path could look like. Coming from the United Kingdom, I’ve loved the opportunity to study in the United States and meet an array of new people who’ve continually pushed me. I’d like to thank my mentors, Boise State University Athletics and my peers for an unforgettable experience.

I am honored to be selected as the Outstanding Graduate student for the Master of Science in Accountancy program. I would like to thank all the professors who have guided me throughout my studies at Boise State. I’m also very thankful for the opportunity to work as a graduate assistant in the Department of Accountancy. This experience has accelerated my growth and guided me towards a successful career. After graduation, I will start working for Ernst & Young in their assurance department. I am grateful to the Department of Accountancy for setting me up for success.

I am deeply honored to be selected for the Outstanding Graduate Award in Business Administration. I am a first-generation college graduate fueled by determination and a passion for learning. The unwavering guidance and mentorship of the esteemed faculty and their belief in my potential have propelled me forward in my education. COBE has instilled in me not only knowledge but the confidence to navigate the complexities of the business realm and beyond. With profound appreciation as I complete my bachelor’s in business administration and minor in economics, I am eager to continue learning in the next phase of my career.

I am so honored to be named an Outstanding Graduate for ITM! I cannot thank my professors enough for their continuous support and the opportunities they have opened up to me. I am proud to be a founding member of the Business Analytics Service Experience (BASE) and the ITM Club. These two organizations have been the highlight of my time in COBE and set me up for post-grad success with real-world experience and meaningful relationships. I will graduate with a bachelor’s degree in ITM, a minor in Supply Chain Management and a certificate in Business Analytics.

This spring, I begin the next chapter of my life outside of academia, where I have felt at home for seventeen years. I am graduating with my Bachelor’s in Business Administration and Entrepreneurship Management. I have learned so much more than business principles. Due to my experiences and the teachings at Boise State, I am confident in my ability to take on any challenge that comes my way, whether it is starting my own business or transitioning between jobs. Thank you to the College of Business and Economics for recognizing me for this award, as I am honored to accept.

I am so honored to be selected as one of COBE’s Outstanding Graduates. This award is almost entirely due to the hard work and dedication of my professors and peers. Studying Business and Economic Analytics has fostered a love for data I didn’t know I could have, but I am so glad I do. I truly feel like I found what I am supposed to do. These last 4 years have come with many challenges and long nights, but when I look back at this time I will be filled with gratitude for the chance to be surrounded by so much support in my educational journey. I am unsure of my plans following graduation, but I am looking forward to entering a new world of opportunity in my career. Thank you and go Broncos!

I am beyond grateful to be recognized as an Outstanding Graduate. My time in the Master of Accountancy – Taxation program was incredibly rewarding. I dare say, I miss it! Throughout my program, I worked as a part-time tax associate with my current firm, B. A. Harris. Being able to study and do tax at the same time brought the theory to life and I continue to call on the foundation built at Boise State in my daily work. I am so appreciative of the faculty and staff at Boise State for sharing their vast knowledge in a way that sets me up for success. None of this would be possible without the support of my colleagues, family and friends, most of all my husband and son.

I searched relentlessly for a master’s program that offered a professional, quality education to equip me with knowledge I could utilize throughout my career. I am grateful that my search landed me in Boise State. COBE has been the exact fit I needed to advance my career and has provided me with the education to succeed professionally. My professors’ unmatched expertise, professionalism, exceptional teaching methods and industry insights have been instrumental in my growth. I am a father of four and have been married to my wife for 15 years. I started my college journey at the start of COVID-19 to further my career and continue down a path of being a lifelong learner so that I may continue to contribute to society and the not-for-profit organization I work for. Once graduating I plan on using my business management degree and the knowledge gained to help others further their careers while continuing to progress in mine.

It is an honor to be selected as the Outstanding Graduate of the Online Accountancy MSA program! As an undergraduate, I studied pastoral ministry and psychology. I bridged into the Foundations MSA program to grow in my position with my current employer; I discovered that I love accounting. I am a wife and a mother of two, I volunteer in a wide range of Christian ministries and I work primarily as a business management consultant and integrator. I am so grateful for my Boise State experience with outstanding professors and supportive colleagues whom I leaned on greatly these last two years.

Recognition as an Outstanding Graduate of the Master of Business Administration Online program is a profound honor. This journey has not only opened doors to exciting future opportunities but has also reshaped my perspective on healthcare delivery as a Physician Assistant. It has also augmented my capabilities as a military officer. I am deeply grateful for my wife Nicole’s unwavering support, allowing me the time to dedicate myself to this pursuit. The exceptional team at Boise State and COBE have been instrumental in my success, particularly by helping to re-engage the program after a hiatus following pandemic-related challenges. Their unwavering dedication to student achievement and continuous program improvement have made me proud to be a Bronco for life.

I’m deeply grateful and honored to have been selected as an Outstanding Graduate in Accountancy. The support of faculty members and the professional and welcoming atmosphere have made my academic journey a rewarding experience. Special appreciation is extended to Beta Alpha Psi and its faculty advisors for organizing impactful events that contributed to my growth within the community and business world. As I reflect on my time here, I recognize the immense value this journey has brought to my life—a treasure I will always carry with me. Following my graduation, I am excited to pursue an MS degree.

I am honored to be selected as the Outstanding Graduate for the Department of Finance. I am so grateful to all my professors for the time, effort and guidance that have been an integral part to my learning and growth. I am graduating with a double major in accountancy and finance and I am currently doing two internships — one with Micron in tax compliance and one with Boise Cascade in internal audit. Following my graduation, I will be interning at EY in their Financial Services Organization that will utilize both of my backgrounds in accounting and finance.

I am a non-traditional student who worked in general IT for several years before determining I needed to go back to school to help me realize advanced opportunities. I specifically targeted information technology management (ITM) because I wanted to become an IT manager. I had no idea ITM would be so much more focused on business than on IT, which was a very pleasant surprise. It has been an amazing learning experience going through the pre-business and ITM programs at COBE. I am very excited to see where I can go with my career from here.

As a dedicated student of supply chain management, I am deeply honored to be selected for the Outstanding Graduate Award this semester. My journey here has been one of persistent learning, growth and a strong commitment to excellence. I am immensely grateful to all the faculty members who nominated me for this award. All their guidance and support have been pivotal and crucial to my academic and personal growth. This nomination is not just a recognition of my efforts, but also a testament to the inspiring mentorship received here at the College of Business and Economics. I am graduating with a B.A. in Business Administration and Entrepreneurship. The past three and a half years in COBE have been filled with lots of fun, learning, and expanding my knowledge and understanding of management. As my formal education comes to an end, I look forward to applying the material I have learned as I work at Foothills Christian Church, ministering to students and planning events. Entrepreneurship has allowed me to explore my creativity and build confidence in the implementation of my ideas. God has blessed me with the opportunity to study at Boise State, and I am grateful for all that it taught me!

I am honored and proud to be selected as an outstanding graduate by the Department of Accountancy. As I complete my bachelor’s degree in accounting, I am excited for the next chapter of my academic journey at Boise State, where I will pursue a Master of Science in Accountancy. My ultimate goal is to successfully complete the CPA exam and start a career in accounting. I moved to Jerome, Idaho, seven years ago from my hometown of Oxnard, California. I am a father of six children ranging in age from 25 years old to 16 months. They are my source of inspiration and support system for enrolling into the COBE program at Boise State University. I enrolled in the Bachelor of Business Administration in Management with Entrepreneurship emphasis to develop and learn professional skills which I can apply towards a future career in a leadership or management position.

I am so excited and honored to be named the COBE Outstanding Graduate for the Marketing Department. My journey in marketing began with high school classes that ignited my passion, guiding me through my time at Boise State. I am so grateful to my wonderful professors for imparting their invaluable knowledge and encouragement and for the endless support of my family and friends throughout these transformative years. I’m thrilled to be a first-generation college graduate, and I look forward to the opportunities that lie ahead and am committed to making the most of them! To God be the glory!

I am a dynamic leader and critical thinker. I thrive at the intersection of diverse skills honed through a rich work history. My journey has been a salesman to freight manager, EMS operations director to ADA staff trainer — that showcased my capacity for adaptability. I embrace the unknown. I am committed to pioneering new endeavors within the trials and graces among all of us to build equity in new places for all.

Initially unsure of what type of higher education journey to embark on, I chose international business with the business aspect being an afterthought. However, I have genuinely grown to develop a passion and interest in the various concepts I’ve learned as a COBE student. Much of my growth can be attributed to the guidance and care I’ve received from the inspiringly passionate professors I’ve had—particularly Dr. Jack Marr! Moving forward, I hope that I can continue strengthening the skill sets that Boise State has equipped me with, while simultaneously furthering my knowledge on how business makes the world interconnected.

I am a Boise native and developed a strong work ethic thanks to my parents and entering the workforce when I was 14 working on a ranch. I managed restaurants for about 15 years after that. Towards the end of that career, I realized I wanted to do more in life and enrolled in college. This path ultimately led me to the College of Business and Economics at Boise State studying accountancy. I am grateful to have had supportive and knowledgeable professors during my time here. My education at COBE coupled with my work experience has greatly expanded my opportunities.

Boise State has been a huge aid in my learning and growing process. The MSA program and the Accounting Department have been instrumental in helping me prepare for my future career with Deloitte. During my two semesters at school here, I have had the opportunity to work closely with members of the department as a Graduate Assistant as well as a volunteer for the VITA program. These opportunities have enhanced my understanding of both accounting and leadership principles that I look forward to carrying forward with me into the future.

I am honored to be selected as an outstanding graduate of the College of Business and Economics for the International Business program. I am graduating with a BBA in International Business, as well as a Spanish minor and have had the opportunity to experience a summer abroad in the Caribbean, working for one of the largest banks in the U.S., as well as work for the U.S. Department of Commerce as an international trade intern. I wouldn’t be where I am today without my peers and the amazing staff here at Boise State. I am excited to continue my career in global business!

It’s an honor to be selected for the Outstanding Graduate Award. Having hard work recognized is quite satisfying. I’ve graduated with a masters in the Accountancy MSAT program. I absolutely loved my time in the Accountancy program. I’m knee deep in my second tax season as a staff accountant for the Nichols Accounting Group. I attribute part of my success in landing such a great job to the COBE department. They were instrumental during the recruiting process; they truly want you to succeed. I’m well on my way to becoming a CPA, just one more exam to go! After graduating I’ve stayed connected to BSU by becoming an academic coach for Dr. Cowan. It’s incredibly rewarding using what I’ve learned to help current students. Thank you again for everything.

I am truly honored to receive recognition from the College of Business and Economics as an Outstanding Graduate for the online Master of Business Administration. I’m an engineer with over 20 years of experience in serving the water industry. The MBA program strengthened my leadership, strategic thinking, and practical business skills. The faculty in the College of Business and Economics are outstanding. They are experts in their subject matter and passionate about their work. Not only did I learn foundational business skills, but they continually focused on the importance of effective business leadership with transparency, empowerment of people, developing positive culture, design thinking, and collaborative teamwork. I am grateful and honored to be a graduate of Boise State, and grateful to have met and worked with an outstanding group of classmates and professors.

It is an absolute honor to accept the Outstanding Graduate Award for the Department of Economics. First and foremost, I would like to thank my professors who, with their guidance and encouragement, have played an integral role in my academic journey. With the skills and knowledge that I have gained, I will continue my education to get my Juris Doctorate Degree in hopes of becoming an attorney. As a graduating senior, I’m honored to be receiving this award. I am blown away by the professional and life experience Boise State has supplied me with. My COBE experience has challenged me and offered an immersive learning environment that gives me confidence in my abilities for the “real world”. I have appreciated my leadership positions in greek life, marketing internship with Boise State Dining, the countless campus tours and orientation groups I’ve led, and contributing to the Student Philanthropy Board while creating the best relationships and memories. I am thankful for my Boise State journey and those that contributed!

I am grateful for the relationships that I have made with the excellent faculty in the department as well as my peers. I am honored to receive the Outstanding Graduate Award for the BEA program. The past four years at Boise State University were truly amazing. I switched to COBE in my second semester, and I am so grateful I made that decision early on. Every COBE professor I took a class from was passionate about their subject, cared for their students, and fostered my passion for data and analytics. Recently, I started my career in Boise at ClickBank as an Associate Business Intelligence Analyst. Thank you and go Broncos!

I am honored to be recognized as an Outstanding Scholar for the College of Business and Economics. I am a first-generation student, double majoring in marketing and supply chain management. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at Boise State and COBE and I am excited to continue my journey and go after my goal of being the first in my family to attain a master’s degree. I have all of my professors, tutors, and classmates to thank for the amazing experiences I have had at Boise State.

I am thrilled to be recognized as an outstanding graduate for the Career Track MBA Program. Over the last two years, I have worked hard to develop a deeper and broader understanding of business with the help of my professors and cohort. My time at Boise State has given me a well-rounded foundation to build my career and I couldn’t be more grateful. I would also like to thank the Executive MBA program, for which I was a GA, for all the encouragement, support, and experience that I will take with me as I start my career. I am honored to be considered a COBE Outstanding Graduate. Thanks to the support of Boise State University, I have been able to thrive as the President of HRA, LA for HRM-406, and as a TA for PSYC-101. In addition, thanks to the generosity of our community I was able to secure funding for a small group of HR students to attend an academic conference in Juneau, AK. After I graduate this May, I will be attending the University of Southern California, Gould School of Law as a JD Candidate in the Class of 2026. Fight On!

I am honored to have been chosen as the Spring 2023 Outstanding Graduate for the Department of Finance. As a COBE student, I have participated in internships, been involved in the COBE LLC, worked for the Executive MBA Program, and was a member of Beta Alpha Psi. I have grown in more ways than I thought possible and believe that the skills I have developed have prepared me for my future. I will be graduating with a double major in Accountancy and Finance and look forward to starting my career with Deloitte as an Audit and Assurance Associate in the Boise office. After two years in market research and five years in higher education data analytics, I began pursuing a MS in Economics at Boise State to further develop my economic reasoning and advance my analytical capabilities. The mathematical and computational rigor of the program has been exactly what I was looking for. I appreciate the expertise and enthusiasm of the economics faculty here at BSU. I have already been able to leverage lessons learned in my current employment and am excited for the future opportunities this degree will enhance.

It is an honor to be recognized as the COBE Outstanding Graduate for the Marketing Department before I graduate this May from COBE and the Honors College. All my wonderful professors, insightful classes, and time working as a teaching assistant have shaped my COBE experience and given me the skills to excel in all my future endeavors. This summer I will be interning at The Ad Council before pursuing my master’s in advertising from the University of Texas at Austin. I want to thank my mentors, BSU Cross Country, and peers for a great four years. Go Broncos!

It is an honor to be named a Boise State College of Business and Economics outstanding graduate. I’m grateful for the education I have received and the experience I have gained working in the Human Resource Office. The COBE faculty and staff have prepared me with the tools and lessons needed to be successful in starting my career after college. As I reflect on the past 4 years, I see what COBE has brought me — from the people I’ve met, to the late night group study sessions, and the classes I’ve taken. I am appreciative for this program.

Yay! It’s always a privilege to be recognized. I started my Bronco journey two and a half years ago and now I will graduate with a double major in information technology management and supply chain management. During this time, I also finished seven internships. Through that work experience, I truly see how COBE provides technical skills grounded in academics. Thank you to all the professors who have given invigorating lectures, the Venture College and the Quiz Bowl team. All of those have enriched my Bronco experience. I’m excited to take my next step in life as a source-to-pay (procurement) manager at Micron. Thank you and go big blue!

Four years ago, I had one objective: graduate from Boise State University. I never imagined that during that four-year period I would also have: interned for the Athletics Department, worked for the Arbiter, studied abroad, served as a teaching assistant, received a minor in American Sign Language, and created what I hope will be lifelong friendships with my peers and professors. COBE supplied me not just with the skills necessary to succeed at Boise State but also the skills to embark on a career in marketing after graduation. I cannot wait to see what the future has in store for me. Go Broncos!

I’m a first-generation Latinx student, and I can say that my college experience has been incredible. At first, the idea of higher education felt surreal but as I adventured throughout the semesters, I can say it was worth it. The environment here at COBE is wonderful since it promotes the idea of growth and innovation. In the past few years, I dedicated my time to learn about the accounting profession, and with that, I’m excited to see what the future holds for me. Lastly, I want to thank my fellow mates, college faculty, donors, and my family for everything they have done to help me reach this point in my life.

I am thrilled to be recognized as an outstanding graduate for the Department of Economics. I will be graduating from COBE and the Honors College with a degree in business economics. Following my time here, I plan to pursue my law degree in hopes of becoming a corporate lawyer. My time at Boise State was truly fulfilled by the wonderful professors, peers, staff, and support of the economics department. From ASBSU to Thursday night Pizzanomics, the time I have spent at Boise State has given me an incredible, well-rounded education that I will carry with me for the rest of my life and professional career. I am graduating with a bachelor’s in entrepreneurship management. I started my own business during my first entrepreneurship course. I create artwork inspired by wildlife and big game animals. As an avid outdoorswoman and admirer of God’s incredible creation I am continuing to pursue my growing business. To God be the glory!

Thank you for the distinction of being selected as one of the College of Business and Economics Outstanding Graduates. Learning about supply chain integration, procurement, logistics and database systems has been a timely topic, and I am excited to launch my career into such a relevant field. Through COBE connections, I was able to intern at Idaho National Laboratory and apply that knowledge firsthand. I am grateful to the faculty and staff in the Department of Information Technology and Supply Chain Management and for the opportunity to also earn a certificate in business analytics. I have enjoyed my time in Boise and hope to start my professional career here.

I am honored to receive the Outstanding Graduate Award from Boise State. Over the past three years, I have worked hard to develop a greater understanding of business with the help of my professors and peers. I am excited to graduate and continue into my Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in healthcare management as well as further my professional career. I plan on using the leadership and interpersonal skills I have developed over the past three years to enter the medical device sales industry. I am thankful for my experience at Boise State and the relationships I’ve built along the way!

I am from Camas, Washington. I have had an exceptional time getting my Finance degree through Boise State. The faculty is very welcoming and never shies away from helping students reach their goals. With my degree, I have a goal of becoming a financial advisor and hopefully one day owning my own investment firm. Throughout my experience in COBE, I was able to see all the different avenues in the business world. I value all my knowledge gained in my journey and most importantly, am proud to be a Bronco!

The College of Business and Economics was my home for the past three years. Just as I left home for college. I am leaving home again. With departure comes growth and learning. I left high school with a basic understanding of economics. At Boise State, that blossomed into the skills and knowledge required to conduct complex and important economic analysis. My undergraduate experience proved the value of leaving home. While I am sad to go, I know the future holds opportunities. Thanks to the instruction, support, and staff of the Boise State Department of Economics, I am prepared to leave home again.

I am graduating in the spring 2022 semester with a bachelor of business administration in accountancy and a minor in nonprofit management. Here at Boise State, I was a part of the COBE Living Learning Program as a freshman where I was able to gain connections with other students and local businesses. I am also the president of Resonate Student Organization which is a church and collegiate ministry on campus. I have accepted a position with Resonate Church doing campus ministry after I graduate in May!

I am truly humbled and honored to receive the Outstanding Graduate award. I dedicate this distinction to my beautiful wife and 5 children who supported me through this process. The MBA program at Boise State is first-class and has already propelled me forward in my career. I started the program as a manager, and now 20 months later, my family heads off to Japan as I pursue my career aspirations at a director level. The MBA program has top-tier professors that are experts in their respective fields and I would recommend this program to anyone! Go Broncos!

I am incredibly thankful for this honor and recognition, but I could not have done this on my own. Thank you to the ITM department professors for the wisdom, support, and enthusiasm they brought to class each day. I am excited to bring what I have learned here at Boise State to Indiana as I begin my career as a business analytics consultant. “Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men.”

I am extremely honored to be selected as one of COBE’s Outstanding Graduates. Throughout my past 4 years in Boise, I have been blessed to live in such a beautiful place with so much to offer. COBE has taught me valuable skills I will use in my future career and look forward to using them in Boise post-graduation! I am excited and honored to be selected as an Outstanding Graduate of the College of Business and Economics in Entrepreneurial Management. As a COBE student here at Boise State University, majoring in both entrepreneurial management and business administration, I have gained a great deal of knowledge from my courses and professors that I believe will have prepared me for my future. Throughout my three years at Boise State, I have participated in clubs, Greek life, internships, and pursued many other opportunities all of which have been very rewarding. I will be interning with a company in Barcelona, Spain this fall, and hope to start my own business when I return. I am honored to be chosen for this outstanding award. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Allied Medical Professions 23 years ago from The Ohio State University. I have spent most of my career in Radiology (Mammography & MRI). I am currently working as a Mammography Supervisor within the St Luke’s Health System. The support of my family, friends, co-workers, and our program directors helped me achieve my goal of earning a master’s degree. Anyone graduating this year has proven to be resilient, flexible, and determined by taking on the challenge of earning a degree in the middle of a pandemic. Congratulations to all COBE graduates for being Pandemic Scholars.

I am extremely grateful and honored to receive the spring 2022 COBE Outstanding Graduate award in finance. I am graduating from COBE and the Honors College with degrees in finance and accountancy. After graduation, I will pursue a CPA license and start my career in tax accounting at Deloitte in Boise. Holding leadership positions in extracurricular activities, such as the Financial Management Association and Club Golf, has also enabled me to develop organizational and management skills while learning about business concepts outside of the classroom. Thank you to the professors, advisors, and peers who have helped me over the last four years. I would not be where I am without you all. Go Broncos!

I am a Master’s student in the economics department. My research involves Urban Economics and Machine Learning techniques. COBE has helped me meet with some of the best mentors I could ask for, and I am grateful for everything that the faculty and staff have done for me. COBE has provided me with many valuable experiences and opportunities. I feel very fortunate to be a part of this fantastic community.

The Career Track MBA was such an enriching program and I am honored to be chosen as the spring 2022 Outstanding Graduate. As a student with an international relations degree, I resonated with the diverse educational background each member of the cohort brought to the program, and I could not have succeeded without them. A big thank you to COBE Career Services as well where I worked as a GA and received unwavering mentorship and support.  I look forward to utilizing my new skills as I join HP in their Boise office in June.

As a non-traditional student with a 15-year career under my belt already, I am extremely honored to receive this recognition.  I am incredibly grateful to each and every one of my SCM and ITM professors, as they have provided amazing knowledge, guidance, and encouragement on the path to my next career.  I never would have expected to be on this course when I left high school; now, I cannot imagine doing anything else, and I am greatly anticipating the professional application of everything that I have learned here at COBE!

I am honored to be selected as an Outstanding Graduate in the business and economic analytics program. I am beyond thankful for my time here at Boise State. I appreciate all of the help and support I received over the years from faculty, family and friends. After graduation, I will be working as a Category Analyst for The Hershey Company. In this position, I will be able to apply the analytical skills I have learned through my classes and experiences at Boise State.

I want to attribute the Outstanding Graduate award to my mother, my COBE faculty advisors Drs. Liam Maher, Felice Klein, Gundy Kaupins, and Ray Fang, as well as my support system here at Boise State. As an international student from Viet Nam, I have received tremendous support and inspiration from my advisors and peers through my work with Housing and Residence Life and as a Learning Assistant. The leadership opportunities in the Human Resource Association, Beta Gamma Sigma, and International Student Association have developed me both academically and professionally. I am very excited to utilize what I have learned as an International Bronco for my future endeavors in pursuing a Ph.D. in Organizational Behaviors.

After the last four years of facing many challenges in college, I will finally graduate with my degree in marketing from COBE. I have created a legacy at Boise State by founding the “Women in STEM, Medicine, and Law” scholarship, and I want to use my marketing degree to continue to lead a life and career that works to uplift women and all people.

Thank you for selecting me as a COBE Outstanding Graduate for the spring 2022 recipient. It is such an honor to represent the management program in this capacity. By having Boise State’s online management program available, I have fulfilled a goal to complete my bachelor’s degree. The knowledge I have gained in this program benefits me daily in my career as a Business Analyst.  However, it doesn’t end there, I also apply what I have learned in other areas such as with community organizations for which I volunteer. Thank you to Boise State’s COBE online program administration for providing an opportunity for anyone anywhere to complete their college education.

I am so honored to be recognized as an Outstanding Graduate within the management department. I cannot thank Boise State and COBE enough for the endless opportunities I have been given. I will be graduating with double majors in Human Resource Management and Business Administration, with a minor in Communication. My time at Boise State has included working for Career Services, two internships, a COBE teaching assistant position and a variety of extracurricular clubs and organizations. I am excited to be receiving my MBA from Boise State University this spring. I have been employed by Glanbia Nutritionals for the past eleven years, and am the sales manager U.S. and Mexico cheese sales. I began working for Glanbia after graduating from Utah State University where I received my Bachelor of Science in Economics. Originally from Richfield, Idaho, I now reside in Wisconsin with my wife and three sons. I enjoy golfing, fly fishing, and watching my boys play soccer. Best of luck to all my fellow graduates!

It is an honor to be selected as an Outstanding Graduate! Since finishing my undergraduate degree nearly twenty years ago, I have worked in tax compliance for a variety of organizations and earned my CPA license. I chose Boise State for its MSAT degree because I wanted to expand my accounting education with a program that specialized in taxation. I enjoyed connecting with other COBE students and my professors, especially Dr. Cowan and Dr. Cutler. Since graduation, I have continued my employment as a Senior Tax Accountant with J.R. Simplot Company. Go Broncos!

I am a 43-year-old mother and I have been with my husband for 25 years. I graduated high school 25 years ago and now I am graduating college with a bachelor’s degree. Having this degree might just be a single piece of paper but it’s a symbol of my tenacity. I have been on the dean’s list since 2020. I was given the opportunity to return to school full-time after Micron outsourced my department in 2019. After spending 16 years in manufacturing, I wanted to learn something different. I chose to pursue a business administration degree because I believed it will help me be more successful.

I am honored to be selected as one of the College of Business and Economics’ Outstanding Graduates. I’m a first-generation graduate student from Afghanistan majoring in human resource management and minoring in marketing. Education has always been an important part of my life, being able to complete my bachelor’s degree through Boise State University has been very impactful and educational. I was provided with several different resources and opportunities that helped me shape my career, which I am excited to take on. I’ve made connections with great professors and students that I will always be grateful for!

I am an international student from San Pedro Sula, Honduras. The five years I’ve spent in Boise have been some of the most fulfilling and rewarding years of my life. Boise State has been a gateway into a world I could have never fathomed a decade ago. Now graduated, I can pridefully say I’ve made connections and experiences that will follow me through the rest of my academic and personal life. I’m not exactly sure what the future holds. Yet my goals and ambitions are driven by what I learned in school.

Thank you for the distinction of being one of the College of Business and Economics Outstanding Graduates. Thank you to faculty and peers for guiding me through a difficult yet gratifying program. I would not have been able to make it through without unending support from my family and others that encouraged me along the way. I am honored and humbled to be the recipient of the Outstanding Graduate Award for economics. The Boise State economics program well prepared me to take knowledge from the classroom and apply it in practice. Attending Boise State allowed me to pursue academic opportunities that extended beyond the classroom. I had the privilege of receiving two internships with Idaho Legislators in the Idaho House of Representatives. Boise State and the Collage of Business and Economics program have allowed me to build a strong foundation for my academic pursuits that will aid me well as I move my academic career into law.

I am thankful and honored to be selected as a College Business and Economics Outstanding Graduate. I would like to thank the faculty who have aided me during my academic career. The knowledge I have gained at Boise State has allowed me to make positive changes in both my community and at work. I am looking forward to my future career in supply chain management and will not forget the people who helped me get to where I am today.

I am an accounting and finance major here at the College of Business and Economics. I transferred from a community college after completing my associates and competing in collegiate sports. In COBE, I work as a teaching assistant in the accounting department as well as sit on the executive board for Beta Alpha Psi. I am blessed to have received this recognition. As an Idaho native, I grew up with my eyes on attending Boise State. To be recognized as the Department of Marketing’s Outstanding Graduate is an honor. My College of Business and Economics education connected me with like-minded peers, challenged me personally and professionally, and prepped me to problem-solve my way through whatever life holds next. On-campus, I’ve been involved in Business Professionals of America, Alpha Kappa Psi, and ASBSU. Outside of academics, I enjoy reading, rock climbing, and hiking. After graduating, I’m excited to connect my passions with the work I do to create a fulfilling life!

I was born and raised in Meridian, Idaho. Throughout my undergraduate at Boise State, I was fortunate to be involved with multiple great organizations and clubs such as Sigma Chi, Beta Gamma Sigma, The Clean Water Corps., and the Pre-Dental Club. My ultimate goal is to be an exemplary oral health care professional who aims for the best patient outcome and satisfaction. In addition, I want to place a focus on underprivileged populations by providing affordable and accessible oral health care to Idaho Residents in underserved locations.

I am a first-generation student from Caxias do Sul, Brazil, who found my way half-across the world to the Career Track MBA Program at Boise State University! During my time at Boise State, I have made some amazing connections while working as a graduate assistant with the TechHelp product development and marketing team, and through my service as the CFO of the Net Impact student organization. I am so honored to be named a COBE Outstanding Graduate and I cannot wait to take what I have learned in this program with me to the next steps of my career.

I am so excited to be selected as an outstanding graduate in international business. I came to COBE in a roundabout way, starting my first business classes as I finished my sophomore year. The past four years have been challenging, but full of blessings. I am particularly grateful to Jack Marr, Ruth Jebe, and Shelton Woods for their excellent classes and support. As the main plot of my life begins, I trust God that each successive chapter will be better than the last. Further in!

I am exceedingly grateful to receive the distinction of COBE Outstanding Graduate. Over the last four years, I have worked toward degrees in entrepreneurship management and marketing management as well as participated in the Honors College. My studies and time at Boise State University have been illuminated by extracurriculars such as leading the Alpine Climbing Club and working as the Marketing Director for St. Vincent de Paul Southwest Idaho, a local nonprofit agency devoted to preventing homelessness. Looking forward, I will thru-hike the 211-mile John Muir Trail this summer and look to begin a career in marketing. Go Broncos!

I have the privilege to finish my three years at Boise State University with a bachelor’s degree in business and economic analytics with a minor in mathematics. The great professors and education I received at Boise State allowed me to not only learn to become a great analyst but apply my education by aiding a small business in my hometown. I am honored to receive the COBE Outstanding Graduate award, and I would like to thank my family and friends that made this possible.

The graduate program in economics was a rewarding experience and I’m honored to be the department’s outstanding graduate. I’m grateful for the platform to do original research as well as the opportunity to work alongside professionals in the field of economics. I really enjoyed the mix of technical and creative work that was involved. I left the program with a wealth of knowledge, lasting relationships, and a clear path for success. I’m especially happy I was able to stay in my hometown of Boise to pursue a master’s degree and I look forward to using my education to make a positive impact here in Idaho.

I am truly humbled and honored to be a recipient of the outstanding graduate award. I was born and raised in Zimbabwe and moved to the US with my wife and son to pursue my education goals and I graduated cum laude from BYU-Idaho with a bachelor’s degree in accounting. I successfully completed all four parts of the CPA exams while pursuing my master’s in accounting degree at Boise State University. I now work as an auditor at a “Big Four” public accounting firm Ernst & Young (EY) in Atlanta, Georgia applying what I learned.

I am honored to be selected as one of COBE’s Outstanding Graduates. I’m graduating with degrees in ITM and accountancy. Boise State University provided an exceptional environment for my personal and academic growth. I credit my growth to the great COBE professors, tutoring for the accountancy department, and as a Delta Sigma Phi executive board member. I am grateful for the connections I have made while at Boise State and would like to thank my friends and family who have helped me along the way. I’m from California but will remain in Boise and am excited to start my professional career.

I am honored to be nominated for and receive the outstanding graduate award for supply chain management at Boise State University. I will be graduating from Boise State University in the spring of 2021 with a bachelor’s degree in supply chain management. I had the privilege of serving in the United States Army with the 1st Stryker Brigade Combat Team out of Fort Wainwright, Alaska, before attending Boise State University. I would like to thank all of the staff at the veteran service center at Boise State University as well as the faculty in the Department of Information Technology and Supply Chain Management  It was a privilege to attend classes taught by the likes of Professors Karen Corral, Jim Kroes, and Phillip Fry, just to name a few. I truly appreciated all the extra time and effort you put into your lectures.

I want to thank Boise State University’s faculty and staff for their guidance and assistance throughout my time at Boise State, especially COBE and the Honors College. I am grateful for the opportunity to earn a double major in human resource management and business administration, along with my involvement as an Honors College officer. I look forward to the adventures ahead and will always remember my time at Boise State University and those that helped me. Go Broncos!

As I look back and reflect on who I was four years ago, and who I am now, graduating with a bachelor’s in marketing and finance and planning to pursue an MBA at the University of Oregon, I can’t help but think about how grateful I am for everyone who made it all possible. I’m incredibly thankful for my professors, who went beyond their call of duty to set me up for success; my coaches, who provided me with the strength to push beyond the edge of my comfort zone; and my teammates, who have propelled me to new heights.

I am an accountancy major graduating in Spring 2021. This summer, I will start an internship in public accounting at Deloitte in the Denver office, as an audit intern. After graduation, I will be working as a graduate assistant for COBE while getting my master’s in accountancy at BSU. I also plan to sit for the CPA exam during the next school year. Over the past three years with my time in COBE, I volunteered for VITA and I have been a member of Beta Alpha Psi. In addition to being an accounting student, I had the privilege of being on the gymnastics team for Boise State. In my limited free time, I like to bake, run, and spend time with friends and family.

I will be graduating with an economics degree with minors in mathematics and physics. I am working at the United Nations in the Department of Economic and Social Affairs. Previously, I interned at various think tanks and government sectors throughout my undergraduate studies. These experiences would not have been possible without the education and support received from the COBE Economics Department. Without their generous financial aid and willingness to cultivate my intellectual curiosity, I would not have the career opportunities I enjoy now. I look forward to supporting Boise State University and COBE in the future.

I am a graduate of a concurrent degree program between Boise State University and the University of Idaho. At Boise State, I graduated with a Master of Science in Accountancy and Taxation, and from the University of Idaho, I graduated with my law degree. While at Boise State, I acted as a Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant; at the University of Idaho, I had the privilege of sitting as the Editor in Chief of the Idaho Law Review. Upon passing the bar exam, I will be practicing transactional healthcare and business law with Hawley Troxell. Thank you to Professors Cowan and Cutler for all their support.
