Marks a Trend of Excellence
These rankings mark a trend of excellence in online education at COBE, which has worked to develop its online programs over the past decade. Mark Bannister, Dean of the College of Business and Economics, sums up his pride.
“COBE’s excellence with online programs is a testament to many things: our faculty’s innovation and experimentation, our strong partnerships with Boise State Extended Studies, and our work to reach and support different audiences. Our Online Programs are a strong component of our portfolio of programs at COBE and the university.”
The ranking of #31 in Best Online MBA for Veterans reflects the college’s commitment to students with a military background. Twenty percent of online MBA students at Boise State are affiliated with the military and the program offers a scholarship to current or previous active-duty, reserve military or Army National Guard members and their spouses to reduce barriers to completing earning an MBA.
Overall, COBE’s online programs benefit students from a wide variety of backgrounds. By offering degrees online, the college can provide a flexible and affordable education from the same world-class faculty that teach in-person classes.
