Sydney Nederend, 23, who graduated from Boise State University with a finance degree, recently opened a tasting room near the Sunnyslope Wine District for her Scoria Vineyards and Winery. Her long-range plan is to have 100 acres of her family’s property planted to vineyards by 2022.
