Shikhar Sarin, PhD, professor in the Department of Marketing; Stacey Malek (Boise State University, marketing BBA, 2012); and Professor Bernard J. Jaworski,  Drucker Chair in Management and the Liberal Arts at Claremont Graduate University; were named winners of the 2017 Sales Education Foundation/Neil Rackham Grant Award for their research, “Informal Controls, Salesperson Engagement, and Performance: Toward an Empirically Validated Comprehensive Framework.” The award announcement was made at a formal reception at the American Marketing Association Conference in San Francisco on August 5.
Malek is a PhD candidate in marketing at Grenoble Ecole de Management (France). She is doing her PhD dissertation research under the supervision of  Sarin.
