Shaunn Mattingly, assistant professor in the Department of Management, recently presented at the Academy of Management national conference in Anaheim, California. His paper, “Dignity, Counterproductive Work Behavior and Employee Engagement,” was one of three Social Issues in Management best paper finalists out of over 400 papers presented. It will be published in the conference proceedings.
