After an unfortunate turn of events, Napier’s passport was destroyed while in the possession of FedEx. While people can’t always prevent accidents from happening, FedEx should have taken the proper steps to resolve the issues as soon as they realized that there was a problem. It all comes down to a simple rule of business and life: when things go wrong, make them right.
